摘 要:目的 探讨实时荧光核酸恒温扩增检测技术(SAT技术)检测解脲脲原体(UU)和沙眼衣原体(CT)核酸在泌尿生殖道感染患者中的应用价值,从而为疾病诊治提供可靠依据。方法 选择123例泌尿生殖道感染患者阴道分泌物拭子,通过SAT技术检测UU和CT。分析患者CT、UU阳性检出情况,对比不同性别、不同年龄段患者CT、UU阳性检出情况。结果 123例患者的UU阳性检出率为47.97%(59/123),CT阳性检出率为8.13%(10/123),CT+UU阳性检出率为4.88%(6/123)。52例男性患者中UU阳性检出率为30.77%,CT阳性检出率为5.77%,CT+UU阳性检出率为1.92%;71例女性患者中UU阳性检出率为60.56%,CT阳性检出率为9.86%,CT+UU阳性检出率为7.04%;女性患者的UU阳性检出率较男性高(P<0.05)。≤20岁患者的UU、CT阳性检出率最高,分别为72.73%、13.64%,其次为41~50岁患者,UU、CT阳性检出率分别为51.72%、10.34%,≥51岁患者的UU、CT阳性检出率最低,分别为28.57%、0。结论 泌尿生殖道感染患者UU阳性检出率较CT高,且CT感染往往伴有UU,建议相关可疑人员进行生物学检测。SAT技术取材方便,敏感度和特异度高,便于临床筛查,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To explore the application value of simultaneous amplification and testing(SAT) technique for detecting nucleic acids of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) in urogenital infections,and provide reliable basis for diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods 123 patients with urogenital infections were selected,and swabs of their vaginal secretions were collected for testing,and UU and CT were detected by SAT technique.The positive detection of CT and UU in patients was analyzed,and the positive detection of CT and UU in patients of different genders and different ages was compared.Results In 123 patients,the positive detection rate of UU was 47.97%(59/123),the positive detection rate of CT was 8.13%(10/123),and the positive detection rate of CT+UU was 4.88%(6/123).In 52 male patients,the positive detection rate of UU was 30.77%,the positive detection rate of CT was 5.77%,and the positive detection rate of CT+UU was 1.92%.Among 71 female patients,the positive detection rate of UU was 60.56%,the positive detection rate of CT was 9.86%,and the positive detection rate of CT+UU was 7.04%.The positive detection rate of UU in female patients was higher than that in male patients(P<0.05).The positive detection rates of UU and CT were the highest in patients ≤20 years old(72.73% and 13.64%),followed by those aged 41-50 years old(51.72% and 10.34%),and those aged ≥51 years old(28.57% and 0).Conclusion The positive detection rate of UU in patients with genitourinary tract infections is higher than that of CT,and CT infections are often accompanied by UU,so it is recommended that relevant suspects undergo biological testing.SAT technique is easy to obtain materials,with high sensitivity and specificity,making it convenient for clinical screening and worthy of widespread clinical application.
