盐酸氨溴索不同给药方式在儿童呼吸系统疾病治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析儿童呼吸系统疾病治疗中盐酸氨溴索不同给药方式的效果。方法 选择64例呼吸系统疾病患儿为研究对象,根据给药方式不同分为滴注组(32例,给予盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注治疗)及吸入组(32例,给予盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗)。比较两组症状消失时间、不良反应发生率、疗效。结果 吸入组咳嗽、发热、喘息、呼吸困难消失时间分别为(4.78±1.12)、(1.86±0.42)、(3.27±1.22)、(5.63±1.38)d,短于滴注组的(6.16±1.07)、(3.51±0.32)、(5.56±1.57)、(7.75±1.18)d,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,无差异(P>0.05)。吸入组治疗总有效率96.88%高于滴注组的78.13%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 儿童呼吸系统疾病治疗中,采取盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入给药方式的治疗效果更加明显。Objective To analyze the effect of different administration modes of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of respiratory system disease in children.Methods 64 children who respiratory system diseases were selected for study.They were divided into infusion group(32 cases,intravenous ambroxol hydrochloride) and inhalation group(32 cases,nebulized inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride) according to different administration modes.The symptom disappearance time,incidence of adverse reactions and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results In the inhalation group,the disappearance time of cough,fever,wheezing and dyspnea were(4.78±1.12),(1.86±0.42),(3.27±1.22) and(5.63±1.38) d,which were shorter than(6.16±1.07),(3.51±0.32),(5.56±1.57) and(7.75±1.18) d in the infusion group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of 96.88% in the inhalation group was higher than 78.13% in the infusion group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of respiratory system disease in children,the use of nebulized inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride has a more significant therapeutic effect.
