他克莫司胶囊对慢性肾小球肾炎患者的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探析他克莫司胶囊(FK506)对慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)患者的临床治疗效果。方法 60例CGN患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用厄贝沙坦片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用他克莫司胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前后肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肾小球滤过率估值(e GFR)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Upro)],不良反应发生情况,临床疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组Scr(90.1±3.2)μmol/L、BUN(5.1±0.2)mmol/L、24 h Upro(0.7±0.2)g/24 h低于对照组的(97.5±2.3)μmol/L、(5.3±0.1)mmol/L、(1.2±0.1)g/24 h,e GFR(62.4±4.1)ml/(min·1.73 m^(2))、Ccr(87.2±3.2)ml/min高于对照组的(58.7±3.6)ml/(min·1.73 m^(2))、(83.7±2.3)ml/min(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的总有效率为96.7%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论 他克莫司胶囊能够使CGN患者的肾功能改善,治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of tacrolimus capsules (FK506) on patients with chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN).Methods 60 patients with CGN were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan tablets,and the observation group was treated with tacrolimus capsules on the basis of the control group.Comparison of renal function indexes[serum creatinine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),creatinine clearance rate (Ccr),24 h urinary protein quantification (24 h Upro)]before and after treatment,occurrence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had Scr of (90.1±3.2)μmol/L,BUN of (5.1±0.2) mmol/L,and 24 h Upro of (0.7±0.2) g/24 h,which were lower than (97.5±2.3)μmol/L,(5.3±0.1) mmol/L,and (1.2±0.1) g/24 h in the control group;the observation group had e GFR of (62.4±4.1) ml/(min·1.73 m^(2)) and Ccr of (87.2±3.2) ml/min,which were higher than (58.7±3.6) ml/(min·1.73 m^(2)) and (83.7±2.3) ml/min in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than 80.0%of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Tacrolimus capsule can improve renal function in CGN patients,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
