甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲片在早期2型糖尿病中的应用进展

摘　　要：2型糖尿病是一种慢性代谢性疾病,全球范围内患病率逐年上升。早期2型糖尿病的症状较为隐匿,常导致在诊断时已经进入较晚期,增加了治疗的难度和并发症的风险。甘精胰岛素和格列美脲片作为目前常用于糖尿病治疗的药物,其联合应用在早期2型糖尿病中备受关注。相关研究发现,联合应用这两种药物能够显著改善患者的血糖控制效果,有效降低糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平。此外,联合用药能对胰岛素抵抗产生积极影响,提高胰岛素的敏感性,从而更好地维持血糖平衡。本文对早期2型糖尿病通过甘精胰岛素和格列美脲片联合治疗的应用进展开展综述。Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease,and its prevalence is increasing year by year worldwide.The symptoms of early-stage type 2 diabetes mellitus are more insidious,which often leads to a relatively advanced stage at the time of diagnosis,which increases the difficulty of treatment and the risk of complications.Related studies have found that the combination of insulin glargine and glimepiride tablets can significantly improve the glycemic control effect in patients and effectively reduce glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels.Furthermore,the combination may have a positive effect on insulin resistance,improve insulin sensitivity and thus better maintenance of glycemic balance.In this review,the application of insulin glargine and glimepiride tablets in early-stage type 2 diabetes mellitus has been reviewed.
