摘　　要：目的:回顾性探究介入性声引导技术与常规腹腔镜技术对卵巢巧克力囊肿患者术后恢复情况及卵巢功能的影响。方法:选取郑州四六〇医院2021年2月至2023年12月收治的89例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者临床资料,根据不同手术方式分为两组,其中予以介入性超声引导技术治疗的45例为研究组,予以常规腹腔镜技术治疗的44例为对照组。对比两组术后康复情况、性激素变化[雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)]、病情相关因子水平[转录因子活化蛋白激酶B(JUNB)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、糖类抗原125(CA 125)]、并发症发生率。结果:研究组排卵异常、月经周期改变发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组经量过少对比,无明显差异(P>0.05);术后1个月研究组FSH、LH低于对照组,E2高于对照组(P<0.05);术后1个月研究组JUNB、IL-6、CA 125低于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率对比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:相较于腹腔镜手术,介入性超声引导技术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿排卵异常、月经周期改变发生率较低,对卵巢功能影响较小,更利于术后康复。Objective:To retrospectively explore the effect of interventional ultrasound-guided technology and conventional laparoscopic technology on the postoperative recovery and ovarian function of patients with ovarian chocolate cyst.Methods:The clinical data of 89 cases of ovarian chocolate cyst in Zhengzhou 460 Hospital from February 2021 to December 2023 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods,45 cases treated with interventional ultrasound-guided technology were selected as the study group,and 44 cases treated with conventional laparoscopic technology were selected as the control group.The postoperative rehabilitation,sex hormone changes[estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)][,disease-related factor levels[transcription factor activated protein kinase B(IUNB),interleukin-6(IL-6),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)]][and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups].Results:The incidence of abnormal ovulation and menstrual cycle changes in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the amount of menstruation between the two groups(P>0.05);one month after operation,FSH and LH in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while E2 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);at 1 month after operation,JUNB,IL-6 and CA125 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with laparoscopic surgery,interventional ultrasound-guided technology has lower incidence of abnormal ovulation and menstrual cycle changes in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst,and has less impact on ovarian function,which is more conducive to postoperative rehabilitation.
