腹腔镜胆囊切除术在胆结石患者中的临床疗效及对胃肠道功能恢复时间的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术在胆结石患者中的临床疗效及对胃肠道功能恢复时间的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年10月在濮阳市人民医院接受治疗的100例胆结石患者,按照随机抽取方式分为对照组及试验组,各50例。对照组应用开腹胆囊切除术,试验组患者应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对比两组术中术后指标、胃肠道功能恢复时间、应激反应以及并发症发生率。结果:试验组术中术后指标更好(P<0.05)。试验组胃肠道功能恢复时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术前两组舒张压、收缩压、心率指标对比无差异正常进食时间均显著低于对照组(P>0.05);术后试验组上述指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症率1.14%较对照组5.71%更低(P<0.05)。结论:胆结石患者在进行治疗的过程中使用腹腔镜胆囊切除术可提升手术质量,降低手术创伤,保证疗效的同时缩短胃肠道功能恢复时间,减少机体应激反应,控制并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the effect on the recovery time of gastrointestinal function.Methods:from January 2020 to October 2023,the data of 100 gallstones treated in our hospital,divided into n=50 control group and test group,the control group to open cholecystectomy,test group patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,compare the two groups of intraoperative postoperative index,gastrointestinal function recovery time,stress response and complication rate.Results:The intraoperative and postoperative indicators were better in the test group,with(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate were not different,and the normal eating time was significantly lower than the control group(P>0.05);the above indicators were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the test group patients 1.14%was lower than that in the control group 5.71%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of patients with gallstones can improve the quality of surgery,reduce the surgical trauma,ensure the efficacy and shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,reduce the body stress response,and control the incidence of complications,which is worth popularizing.
