摘 要:表面增强拉曼散射(Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering,SERS)光谱因其特殊的指纹识别、高灵敏度、快速和简单等优点,被认为是一种很有前途的痕量重金属离子测定新技术。通过总结基于SERS技术检测常见的重金属离子检测的基本原理和策略,展望当前挑战和未来趋势。Surface-enhanced raman scattering(SERS)spectroscopy is considered as a promising new technique for the determination of trace heavy metal ions due to its special fingerprint recognition,high sensiti vity,rapidity and simplicity.The basic principles and strategies of detec-tion of six common heavy metal ions based on SERS technology were summarized,and the current challenges and future trends were prospected.
