摘 要:高熵氧化物(High-entropy Oxide,HEO)因多功能可调性和高稳定性成为电解水阳极析氧反应(Oxygen Evolution Reaction,OER)催化剂的热门候选,但其催化活性仍需提升。通过溶胶-凝胶法制备(FeCoNiCuZn)O催化剂,探讨退火温度对其结构和性能的影响。结果显示,随退火温度降低,试样结晶度下降并出现非晶相。在1 M KOH中,230℃退火样(HEO-230℃)在10 mA·cm^(-2)电流密度下表现出最优催化活性和较好稳定性。双层电容和阻抗测试表明,其优异性能源于非晶相带来的更多活性位点和更高电子转移速率。High-entropy oxide(HEO)have become promising candidates for OER catalysts in water electrolysis anodes due to their tunable multifunctionality and high stability,but their catalytic activity still needs improvement.(FeCoNiCuZn)O catalysts were prepared via the sol-gel method to investigate the effects of annealing temperature on their structure and performance.The results show that as the annealing temperature decreases,the crystallinity of the samples decreases,and an amorphous phase emerges.In 1 M KOH,the sample annealed at 230℃(HEO-230℃)exhibited the best catalytic activity at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2),along with good stability.Double-layer capacitance and impedance tests revealed that its superior performance is attributed to the amorphous phase,which provides more active sites and enhances electron transfer rates.
