摘 要:通过热处理制备宫粉羊蹄甲基活性炭,使用硝酸和氢氧化钠溶液对活性炭改性,优化吸附条件,提高对甲基橙的吸附效果。结果表明:炭化温度700℃,0.03 g的14%NaOH溶液改性的活性炭加入10 mL的100 mg/L甲基橙溶液(pH=3)中,45℃条件下吸附2 h,吸附量为33.00 mg/g。结合吸附等温曲线和吸附动力学可知,改性炭对甲基橙的吸附行为符合Langmuir方程,吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程。This paper prepares Bauhinia variegata-based activated carbon by heat treatment.Nitric acid and sodium hydroxide solutions ware usesd to modify the activated carbon,optimizing adsorption conditions to improve adsorption effect on methyl orange.The results show that:at the carbonization temperature of 700℃.0.03 g activated carbon modified with 14%NaOH solution is added to 10 mL of 100 mg/L methyl orange solution(pH=3),and adsorbed for 2 h at 45℃,with an adsorption amount of 33.53 mg/g.It can be known that combined with the temperature curve and adsorption dynamics of adsorption,the adsorption behavior of modified charcoal to methyl orange is in line with the LangMuir equation,and the adsorption process is in line with the quasi-secondary dynamic equation.
