摘  要:油品的生产加工过程中,石脑油馏程的分析在控制油品质量、提高油品生产经济效益等方面都具有重要意义。目前,石脑油馏程的分析应用比较广泛的方法是自动蒸馏法和色谱模拟蒸馏法。通过对这两种方法进行比较,色谱模拟蒸馏技术具有测试结果精密度高、用样量少、人员劳动强度低、自动化程度高的特点,分析结果能更好地反映工艺状况,可代替传统的自动蒸馏法,在炼油厂的分析检验中具有很好的应用前景,对评价油品馏程具有重要意义。In the production and processing of oil products,the analysis of the naphtha boiling range is of great significance in terms of con-trolling the quality of oil products and improving the economic benefits of oil production.At present,the more widely used methods for the analysis of the naphtha boiling range are the automatic distillation method and the chromatographic simulated distillation method.By comparing the two meth-ods,chromatographic simulated distillation technology is with test results of high precision,small sample amount,low labor intensity of workers,high-degree of automation features.The analysis results can better reflect the process conditions,and can replace the traditional automatic distilla-tion,the refinery analysis has good application prospect.It is of great significance for evaluating the oil boiling range.
