摘  要:采用自动化高温水解装置处理样品,建立了高温水解-电位滴定法测定氧化锌物料中氯含量的方法。考察了酸度对滴定结果的影响,确定pH=5为合适的酸度条件。讨论了滴定终点电位的标定方法。按照实验方法对氧化锌物料实际样品进行测定,测定结果与标准方法YS/T 1171.5—2017离子色谱法测定值一致,统计测定结果的相对标准偏差(Relative Standard Deviation,RSD)小于1%(n=8),回收率为104%。方法的检出限为0.018%,与离子色谱法相比,耗时短、测定含量范围有明显增大。The samples were pretreated using an automated pyrohydrolysis device,and a method for determining chloride content in zinc ox-ide materials by pyrohydrolysis-potentiometric titration was established.The influence of acidity on titration results was investigated,and pH=5 was determined as the optimal acidity condition.The calibration method for the titration endpoint potential was discussed.Practical zinc oxide samples were analyzed according to the experimental procedure,and the results were consistent with those obtained by the standard method YS/T 1171.5—2017(ion chromatography).The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the measurements was less than 1%(n=8),with a recovery rate of 104%.The detection limit of the method was 0.018%.Compared to ion chromatography,this method exhibits shorter analysis time and a significantly improved measurement range.
