摘  要:研究聚焦变压器废油脱色处理,通过葡萄糖/氧化锌复合材料合成法制备光催化剂,提出光照吸附脱色技术并构建滤油装置。实验表明,葡萄糖凹凸棒土/氧化锌复合材料在特定条件下(APT/GLU质量比5:1、吸附温度90℃、吸附时间1 h、吸附剂投加量为废油质量一半),可使退役变压器油脱色率达87.3%,酸值降至0.0102 mgKOH/g。该材料经“酸洗-醇洗”再生后,5次循环吸附性能仍超90%。壳聚糖凹凸棒土/氧化锌复合材料用于变压器废油脱色,效果超80%,其一步水热法制备工艺简单、成本低。该技术经实际应用,在多场景有效验证了其可靠性,显著减少“危废”量,为变压器废油处理提供新路径。Based on the investigation and summary of major decolorization technologies at home and abroad,a photocatalyst for transformer waste oil was prepared through the synthesis method of glucose/zinc oxide composite materials.A light-induced adsorption decolorization technology was proposed,and a photocatalytic oil filtration device was constructed.Experimental results show that under specific conditions(APT/GLU mass ratio of 5:1,adsorption temperature of 90℃,adsorption time of 1 h,and adsorbent dosage of half the mass of waste oil),the decolorization rate of retired transformer oil can reach 87.3%by using the glucose-attapulgite/zinc oxide composite material,and the acid value can be reduced to 0.0102 mgKOH/g.After being regenerated by the"pickling-ethanol washing"process,this material can still maintain an adsorption performance of over 90%after 5 consecutive adsorption-desorption cycles.The chitosan-attapulgite/zinc oxide composite material was applied to the decolorization and regeneration of transformer waste oil for the first time,with a decolorization effect exceeding 80%.Its one-step hydrothermal preparation method is simple and cost-effective.Through practical applications,this technology has effectively verified its reliability in multiple scenarios and significantly reduced"hazardous waste"volume,providing a new approach for the treatment of transformer waste oil.
