摘 要:泡沫扫描仪基于特定的光学原理,能够精确测量泡沫高度、泡沫半衰期、泡沫携液量等体现泡沫性能的关键参数。借助泡沫扫描仪,对6种起泡剂的起泡能力、泡沫稳定性能、泡沫湿度、泡沫分布等参数进行了测定,并结合J油田的条件,筛选出了适合用于泡沫驱的WZJ013型起泡剂。相比传统的Waring Blender法,泡沫扫描仪具有检测快速、准确的优势,并且能够清晰、实时地观察和采集泡沫形成、破灭甚至聚并过程;明确泡沫的形成机制、老化过程及外界因素对泡沫性能的影响。Based on specific optical principles,foam scanner can accurately measure foam height,foam half-life,foam liquid carrying ca-pacity and other key parameters reflecting foam performance.With the aid of foam scanner,the foaming ability,foam stability,foam humidity,foam distribution and other parameters of six kinds of foaming agents were measured,and combined with the conditions of J Oilfield,WZJ013 foaming agent suitable for foam flooding was screened.Compared with the traditional Waring Blender method,the foam scanner has the advantages of fast and accurate detection,and can clearly and real-time observe and collect the process of foam formation,burst and even coalescence;The formation mechanism,aging process of foam and the influence of external factors on the performance of foam shall be clarified.
