摘 要:为了应对长平煤业15#煤层开采底板隔水层厚度较薄而可能导致的奥灰水突水的问题,进行了151302工作面定向钻探施工和底板注浆加固工程方案设计,给出构造区域和非构造区域孔间距分别为30 m和20 m,在工作面两顺槽分别布置2个钻场,施工18个三级孔身结构的钻孔。底板注浆层位以进入到奥灰顶界面以下35~40 m左右为宜,以注浆改造奥灰顶部。通过测量四个钻孔出水量方式检验注浆效果,发现最大出水量仅为2.5 m^(3)/h。In order to cope with the problem of water inrush caused by the thin thickness of the aquitard in the mining floor of Changping Coal Industry's 15#coal seam,directional drilling construction and grouting reinforcement engineering scheme design were carried out for the 151302 working face.The spacing between the holes in the structural area and non-structural area was given as 30 m and 20 m,respectively.Two drilling sites were arranged respectively in the headentry and tailentry of the working face,and 18 holes with three-level borehole structures were constructed.The grouting layer of the bottom plate should be about 35~40 m below the interface of the ordovician limestone,and grouting should be used to transform the top of ordovician limestone.By measuring the water output of four boreholes to verify the grouting effect,it was found that the maximum water output was only 2.5 m^(3)/h.
