成庄矿放顶煤工作面瓦斯治理技术研究

摘  要:针对成庄矿5315放顶煤工作面瓦斯含量高、抽采难度大、易造成瓦斯超限等问题,研究提出采用本煤层抽放与采空区抽放相结合的综合治理方法,并创新性地提出多重抽采理念,利用定向钻孔与普通钻孔相结合的方式实现对工作面煤体的全覆盖抽采。通过对抽采效果的考察与分析,得出以下结论:工作面最大残余瓦斯含量为6.27 m^(3)/t,最大可解吸瓦斯量为3.89 m^(3)/t。在5315放顶煤工作面计划日产量10000 t的条件下,可解吸瓦斯含量小于4 m^(3)/t,回风巷最大瓦斯体积分数控制在0.46%以下。研究结果表明,所采取的瓦斯综合治理措施有效解决了成庄矿高瓦斯大采高工作面的瓦斯涌出问题,保障了工作面的安全生产。研究对于类似条件下高瓦斯矿井的瓦斯治理具有重要的借鉴意义和工程实践指导价值。In response to the problems of high gas content,difficult extraction,and easy gas exceedance in the 5315 top coal caving work-ing face of Chengzhuang Mine,this study proposes a comprehensive treatment method combining the extraction of this coal seam and the extraction of goaf,and innovatively proposes a multiple extraction concept,using a combination of directional drilling and ordinary drilling to achieve full cover-age extraction of the coal body in the working face.Through the investigation and analysis of the extraction effect,the following conclusion is drawn:the maximum residual gas content in the working face is 6.27 m^(3)/t,and the maximum desorbable gas volume is 3.89 m^(3)/t.Under the planned daily pro-duction of 10000 tons in the 5315 top coal caving working face,the desorbable gas content is less than 4 m^(3)/t,and the maximum gas volume fraction in the return airway is controlled below 0.46%.The research results indicate that the comprehensive gas control measures adopted have effectively solved the problem of gas emission in the high gas and high mining face of Chengzhuang Mine,ensuring the safety production of the working face.
