摘 要:精细化工生产过程特殊,包含易燃易爆、有毒有害危险品,易出现安全事故。为符合精细化工安全要求,化工企业应在原有基础上推行微反应技术,通过技术变革来降低生产风险。现阶段微反应技术广受关注,虽取得了一定的发展成效,但尚存在一定的技术问题。未来的化工行业中,有关人员需创新微反应技术。基于此,重点分析了微反应技术在提升精细化工安全方面的具体应用,以期为实际工作提供参考与借鉴。The fine chemical production process is special,including inflammable and explosive,toxic and harmful dangerous goods,prone to safety accidents.In order to meet the safety requirements of fine chemical industry,chemical enterprises should implement micro-reaction technol-ogy on the original basis and reduce production risks through technological change.At the present stage,the microreaction technology has attracted wide attention.Although some development results have been achieved,there are still some technical problems.In the future of the chemical industry,the relevant personnel need to innovate the microreaction technology.Based on this,this paper focuses on analyzing the specific application of mi-cro-reaction technology in improving the safety of fine chemical industry,in order to provide reference for practical work.
