摘 要:随着全球能源需求的增长,炼油行业作为现代工业的重要组成部分,承担着提供大量石油产品和服务的任务。然而,受多种因素影响,在炼油过程中,循环水系统的腐蚀问题日益突出。循环冷却水是炼油厂中最常用的介质,不仅能够维持生产设备的正常温度,还起到节约水资源和保护环境的作用。在炼油厂中,若未能有效控制循环水系统的腐蚀速率,将导致设备和管道泄漏,严重扰乱正常运营,造成极大的经济损失。因此,分析炼油厂循环水系统常见的腐蚀问题,并探讨相应的防护措施具有重要意义。通过采取恰当的防腐策略,炼油厂能够更好地应对挑战,实现高效且安全的运作,在减少维护成本的同时提高生产效率和安全性。With the growth of global energy demand,the oil refining industry,as an important part of modern industry,undertakes the task of providing a large number of petroleum products and services.However,influenced by a variety of factors,the corrosion problem of circulating wa-ter system is becoming more and more prominent in the oil refining process.Circulating cooling water is the most commonly used medium in oil re-fineries,which not only maintains the normal temperature of production equipment,but also plays a role in saving water resources and protecting the environment.In refineries,failure to effectively control the corrosion rate of the circulating water system will lead to equipment and pipeline leak-age,seriously disrupting normal operations and causing great economic losses.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the common corrosion problems of circulating water systems in oil refineries and explore the corresponding protective measures.By adopting appropriate corrosion preven-tion strategies,refineries can better meet the challenge of achieving efficient and safe operations,increasing productivity and safety while reducing maintenance costs.
