摘  要:研究开发出高质量三丙酸甘油酯的合成工艺。利用丙酸跟甘油进行酯化反应合成三丙酸甘油酯,通过考察催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应物投料比、反应时间,脱水剂种类对产品转化率及收率的影响。筛选出一条比较良好的工艺条件:在甲苯作为脱水剂,磺化碳做酯化反应催化剂,n(甘油):n(丙酸)=1:3.5,催化剂用量为5%(相对于甘油质量),温度为120℃,反应时间12 h时,该工艺收率约90%。该合成工艺方法简单、绿色环保,可生产出高质量的三丙酸甘油酯。The synthesis process of high quality glycerol tripropionate was studied and developed.Glycerol tripropionate was synthesized by esterification of propionic acid with glycerol.The effects of catalyst type,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature,reactant feed ratio,reaction time and dehydrating agent type on the conversion rate and yield of the product were investigated.A relatively good process condition was selected:toluene was used as dehydrating agent,sulfonated carbon was used as esterification catalyst,n(glycerol):n(propionic acid)=1:3.5,the amount of catalyst was 5%(relative to the mass ratio of glycerol),the temperature was 120℃,and the reaction time was 12 h.The yield of the process was about 90%.The synthesis process is simple,green and environmentally friendly,and can produce high-quality glycerol tripropionate.
