摘 要:系统考察了湿法磷酸体系下超声场在磷矿酸解阶段的作用效果,探究了石膏养晶阶段促晶剂对硫酸钙结晶过程的影响规律。结果表明,采用超声场强化磷矿分解和磷石膏结晶工艺能显著提高磷矿酸解效率,实验确定了硫酸滴加过程为最佳超声阶段,磷浸出率能达到94.5%;同时在养晶阶段添加1%的无水柠檬酸,能使反应磷收率达到98.29%,磷石膏生长为均匀的长条状二水结晶。上述研究结果可为湿法磷酸工艺革新及控制提供参考和借鉴。The system investigated the effect of ultrasonic field in the acid hydrolysis stage of phosphate ore under wet process phosphoric acid system,and explored the influence of gypsum crystallization promoter on the crystallization process of calcium sulfate during the gypsum crys-tallization stage.The results showed that the use of ultrasonic field to enhance the decomposition of phosphate rock and the crystallization process of phosphogypsum can significantly improve the efficiency of phosphate rock acid hydrolysis.The experiment determined that the sulfuric acid dropwise addition process was the optimal ultrasonic stage,and the phosphorus leaching rate could reach 94.5%;At the same time,adding 1%anhydrous cit-ric acid during the crystal growth stage can achieve a reaction phosphorus yield of 98.29%,and phosphogypsum grows into uniform elongated dihy-drate crystals.The above research results can provide reference and inspiration for the innovation and control of wet process phosphoric acid tech-nology.
