摘 要:苯乙烯作是精细化工的重要基础原料,自聚性强,在国内出现多起苯乙烯储罐因为自聚导致呼吸阀堵塞而引发的安全事故,国家安全监督总局要求从源头管控,排查安全隐患,提出安全措施,全面提升安全管理水平。从降低苯乙烯自聚,减少苯乙烯安全风险隐患的要求出发,研究聚苯乙烯影响苯乙烯自聚的工艺因素、设备结构、操作特点,结合工程实践案例,提出苯乙烯储罐罐底、罐顶、罐壁及相关附件的优化设计关键点,从设计源头努力提高苯乙烯储罐的安全,降低苯乙烯聚合安全风险隐患,提高苯乙烯储运的本质安全。Styrene is an important basic raw material in fine chemical industry,with strong self polymerization.In China,there have been multiple safety accidents caused by the blockage of breathing valves in styrene storage tanks due to self polymerization.The State Administration of Work Safety requires control from the source,investigation of safety hazards,and proposal of safety measures to comprehensively improve the level of safety management.Starting from the requirements of reducing styrene self polymerization and safety risks,this article studies the process factors,equipment structure,and operational characteristics of polystyrene affecting styrene self polymerization.Combined with engineering practice cases,key optimization design points for the bottom,top,wall,and related accessories of styrene storage tanks are proposed.Efforts are made from the design source to improve the safety of styrene storage tanks,reduce the safety risks of styrene polymerization,and enhance the intrinsic safety of styrene storage and transportation.
