摘  要:以济宁新材料产业园区有机硅、农药、氟化工企业生产过程为研究对象,在对中间体生产过程中氯元素分析的基础上,运用循环经济理论,提出了实现氯元素循环、高值化利用的思想。综合过程中含盐废水及氯化氢的资源化利用路径,提出了企业、园区生产过程中氯循环利用的生态工业模式,以提升园区氯资源利用效率,减少了资源的消耗和废物排放,推动精细化工行业的可持续发展、化工园区的绿色低碳转型。Focusing on the production processes of organic silicon,pesticides,and fluorine chemical enterprises in the Jining New Materi-als Industrial Park,based on the analysis of chlorine element in the intermediate production process and utilizing circular economy theory,the con-cept of chlorine element circulation and high-value utilization is proposed.By integrating the resource utilization pathways for saline wastewater and hydrogen chloride,an ecological industrial model for chlorine recycling in the production processes of enterprises and the park is introduced.This aims to enhance the efficiency of chlorine resource utilization within the park,reduce resource consumption and waste emissions,and foster sustain-able development in the fine chemical industry,as well as promote a green and low-carbon transformation of chemical parks.
