安徽农业文化遗产之国际进路研究——以休宁山泉流水养鱼系统为例

摘　　要：安徽是农业文化遗产资源大省,开展安徽农业文化遗产国际进路研究,有助于促进遗产的传承保护及农业强省与乡村振兴建设。“安徽休宁山泉流水养鱼系统”是我国首个以渔业为主体的重要农业文化遗产,具有千年的历史传承,在世界范围内都极具独特性。文章以休宁山泉流水养鱼系统为例,从对标GIAHS相关标准,加强国际交流与合作,加大国际宣传,做好相关产品国际推广,拓展国际旅游五个方面,探讨其国际发展进路,希望为安徽及其他省市和地区农业文化遗产的国际化发展提供一些借鉴与启示。Anhui is a province with abundant agricultural heritage resources. To study the international development path of Anhui's agricultural heritage can help promote the inheritance and protection of the heritage. This paper takes China's first fishery agricultural heritage system, Xiuning Spring Water Fish Farming System of Anhui as an example,which has a long history of about one thousand years and has its uniqueness worldwide, to explore its path of international development from five aspects: aligning with the GIAHS Criteria, strengthening international exchanges and cooperation,enhancing international publicity, and promoting related products internationally, and expanding international tourism. It is hoped to provide some reference and inspiration for the international development of agricultural heritage systems in Anhui and other provinces, cities, and regions.
