摘 要:本研究从设计视角出发,深入探讨元宇宙中虚拟身份的构建过程及其对Z世代用户互动行为和社交关系的影响。基于双重钻石设计模型的结构化流程,分阶段分析了虚拟身份的设计元素和互动模式。同时,结合社会存在理论,研究设计元素如何通过增强用户的社交存在感,提升沉浸的互动体验。研究结果显示,虚拟身份设计中的个性化和情境适应性元素能够显著增强Z世代用户的情感交流和社交粘性。基于这些发现,本文提出针对Z世代用户的元宇宙虚拟身份设计的策略,来优化用户体验和提升平台黏性。This study deeply explores the construction process of virtual identity in the meta-universe and its influence on the interaction behavior and social relations of generation Z users.Based on the structured process of the dual diamond design model,the design elements of the virtual identity are analyzed in stages and interactive mode.At the same time,combined with the theory of social existence,how design elements enhance immersive interactive experience by enhancing users’sense of social existence.The results show that personalized and situational adaptive elements in virtual identity design can significantly enhance the emotional communication and social engagement of Gen Z users.Based on these findings,this paper proposes a strategy for the metauniverse virtual identity of generation Z users to optimize user experience and improve platform engagement.
