摘 要:以平纹织物碳纤维预浸料为原料,采用成型胶接法制备了密度为56kg/m 3的碳纤维蜂窝芯材,研究了预胶接处理和纤维方向对蜂窝芯材性能的影响,并对比了成型胶接法制备的碳纤维蜂窝芯材与芳纶纸蜂窝芯材、拉伸法制备的碳纤维蜂窝芯材的性能。结果表明:碳纤维蜂窝芯材的制备工艺路线可行,预胶接处理可减少节点位置的虚粘面积,提高蜂窝节点的强度;成型胶接法制备的碳纤维蜂窝芯材力学性能可设计且高于同密度芳纶纸蜂窝芯材和拉伸法碳纤维蜂窝芯材。Carbon fiber honeycomb core material with a density of 56kg/m 3 was prepared by molding bonding method using plain weave carbon fiber prepreg as raw material.The effects of pre-bonding treatment and fiber orientation on the properties of the honeycomb core material were studied,and the properties of the carbon fiber honeycomb core material prepared by molding bonding method,aramid paper honeycomb core material,and carbon fiber honeycomb core material prepared by stretching method were compared.The results showed that the preparation process route of carbon fiber honeycomb core material was feasible,and pre-bonding treatment could reduce the false bonding area at node positions and improve the strength of honeycomb nodes.The mechanical properties of carbon fiber honeycomb core materials prepared by molding bonding method could be designed and were higher than those of aramid paper honeycomb core material and carbon fiber honeycomb core material prepared by stretching method at the same density.
