摘  要:双(2,7-缩水甘油醚萘二醇)甲烷环氧树脂(EDHN)热机械性能优异,但存在高温黏度大、工艺性差等问题。因此以自制的双脂环硅氧烷缩水甘油醚(EAcD)作为活性稀释剂,对EDHN进行改性,并研究其对树脂体系黏度、热性能、力学性能和疏水性的影响。结果表明:EAcD的加入可显著改善EDHN的可加工性。添加量为20%时,体系90℃的黏度降低至1368mPa·s。同时,弯曲强度和冲击强度也分别提升44%和35%。另外,低表面能硅氧键的存在,使树脂体系的接触角增加了16.2%,达到95.3°,100h的吸水率仅为0.73%。而引入EAcD,对EDHN热性能影响较小,添加量为15%时,玻璃和转化温度(T g)仍高达273℃,初始分解温度(T d5%)与未加稀释剂的体系相比提高了10.7℃。Bis(2,7-glycidyl ether naphthalene glycol)methane epoxy resin(EDHN)has excellent thermomechanical properties,but its high viscosity at high-temperature leads to poor processability.The self-synthesized bisalicyclic siloxane glycidyl ether(EAcD)was used as the active diluent to modify EDHN,and its effect on the viscosity,thermal and mechanical properties as well as hydrophobicity of the EDHN was investigated.The results showed that the processability of EDHN was significantly improved by introduction of EAcD.When the amount of EAcD was 20%,the system viscosity at 90℃was dropped to 1368mPa·s.Meanwhile,the flexural and impact strength were increased by 44%and 35%,respectively.In addition,the presence of low-surface-energy silicone-oxygen bonds increased the water contact angle of the resin system by 16.2%,reaching 95.3°,and the water absorption rate was only 0.73%after soaking in water for 100 hours.The introduction of EAcD had slightly impact on the thermal performance of EDHN.The T g of EDHN with 15%EAcD was as high as 273℃,and the initial decomposition temperature(T d5%)was also raised by 10.7℃ compared to the undiluted system.
