摘 要:受天然贻贝蛋白粘附力的启发,通过简单的溶液浸渍在超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维表面聚合一层聚多巴胺(PDA)涂层,工艺绿色环保简单高效,而且不损伤纤维本身力学性能。研究乙醇介导的溶剂效应、聚合时间对多巴胺聚合的影响,及多巴胺改性对纤维性能及复合材料界面性能的影响。结果表明:改性后PDA涂层涂覆在UHMWPE纤维表面,并引入了氨基和羟基基团;在40%乙醇溶液中改性,时间为24h效果较优,UHMWPE-40%乙醇/环氧树脂(UHMWPE-40%乙醇/EP)体系的粘接强度提高了57.7%;PDA改性24h的UHMWPE/EP的界面剪切强度(IFSS)提升了146.7%;PDA改性后UHMWPE/EP层压复合材料的ILSS提高了19.40%。In this paper,inspired by the adhesion of natural mussel proteins,a PDA coating was polymerized on the surface of UHMWPE fibers by simple solution impregnation,which was a green,simple and efficient process,and did not damage the mechanical properties of the fibers themselves.The ethanol-mediated solvent effect,the effect of polymerization time on the polymerization of dopamine,and the effect of dopamine modification on the fiber properties and the interfacial properties of the composites were investigated.The results showed that the modified PDA coating was successfully coated on the surface of UHMWPE fibers with the introduction of amino and hydroxyl groups.The modification in 40%ethanol solution for 24h was more effective,and the adhesive strength of the UHMWPE-40%ethanol/EP system was increased by 57.7%.The IFSS of the PDA-modified UHMWPE/EP for 24h was improved by 146.7%.ILSS of UHMWPE/EP laminated composites modified by PDA was improved by 19.40%.
