摘 要:以柑橘类混合果皮纤维素(Ce)和风化煤腐植酸(HA)为原料,2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为聚合单体,通过反相悬浮聚合法制备柑橘类果皮纤维素-腐植酸基耐盐吸水树脂(记作IS-Ce-HA-PAA)。探究了各因素对吸水树脂吸液率的影响,并通过正交试验得到最佳制备条件:过硫酸钾用量为0.075g,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺用量为0.01g,m(AMPS)∶m(丙烯酸)=1∶2,丙烯酸中和度为70%,m(Ce)∶m(HA)=1∶1.5,Span-80用量为0.125g。采用最佳条件制备的IS-Ce-HA-PAA吸水率最高可达970.34g/g,吸盐水率最高可达129.35g/g。结构表征分析表明:IS-Ce-HA-PAA表面粗糙,孔洞结构和数量较多且具有良好的热稳定性;IS-Ce-HA-PAA与HA和Ce等的特征基团发生接枝共聚反应。性能测试表明IS-Ce-HA-PAA具有良好的耐盐性、重复吸液能力、保水性和耐酸碱性。Composite salt-resistant superabsorbent resins(notated as IS-Ce-HA-PAA)were prepared by reverse-phase suspension polymerization using mixed citrus peel cellulose(Ce)and humic acid(HA)as raw materials,and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)as the polymerization monomer.The effects of various factors on the absorption rate of the resins were investigated,and through orthogonal test,the optimal preparation conditions were obtained:0.075g of KPS,0.01g of MBA,m(AMPS)∶m(AA)=1∶2,70%AA neutralization degree,m(Ce)∶m(HA)=1∶1.5,and 0.125g of Span-80.Under the optimal conditions,the absorption rate of IS-Ce-HA-PAA could reach 970.34g/g,and the salt absorption rate could increase up to 129.35g/g.The results of structural characterization indicated that IS-Ce-HA-PAA possessed a greater number and variety of pore structures,a rougher surface,and improved thermal stability.The resin had been successfully graft-copolymerized,along with humic acid and other characteristic groups originating from cellulose.Performance test showed that IS-Ce-HA-PAA possessed better salt resistance,repeatable liquid absorption ability,water retention and acid and alkali resistance.
