摘  要:聚丙烯腈(PAN)是一种优异的新型压电聚合物,在PAN中引入有机支化盐四丁基六氟磷酸铵(TBAHP),采用静电纺丝技术制备了PAN/TBAHP纳米纤维膜,研究了TBAHP浓度对纳米纤维膜表面形貌、化学结构、力学性能和压电性能的影响。结果表明将TBAHP掺杂到PAN中会导致纤维膜的平面锯齿状构象含量增加,晶面间距减小,进而增强纳米纤维膜的压电性能。当TBAHP浓度达到0.1mol/L时,PAN/TBAHP纳米纤维膜中平面锯齿状构象含量最高,纤维膜的压电性能显著提升,与纯PAN纳米纤维膜相比,PAN/TBAHP纳米纤维膜压电电压和压电电流分别提高150%和400%,功率密度提升2倍以上。Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)is an excellent new piezoelectric polymer.In this paper,the PAN/TBAHP nanofiber membrane was prepared by introducing organic branched salt tetrabutylammonium hexafluorophosphate(TBAHP).The influence of the amount of TBAHP on the morphology,chemical structure,mechanical property and piezoelectric property of the PAN/TBAHP nanofiber membrane were studied.The results showed that the addition of TBAHP increased the content of planar serration conformation and decreased the distance between crystal planes,thus enhancing the piezoelectric properties of the nanofiber membrane.When the concentration of TBAHP was 0.1mol/L,the planar serrated conformation content in the PAN/TBAHP nanofiber membrane was the highest and the piezoelectric properties of the nanofiber membrane were significantly improved.Compared with the pure PAN nanofiber membrane,the piezoelectric voltage and current were increased by 150%and 400%,respectively,and the power output was enhanced more than two times.
