摘  要:抗菌剂在纺织品、木材、水性涂料中均有重要应用。有机和无机材料的共混、接枝通常被认为是组成杀菌体系最有效的方法之一,但是共混物抗菌效果低,时效短,而接枝化学反应可以产生长效抗菌作用。以γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)作为偶联剂,将聚六亚甲基胍(PHMG)接枝在纳米二氧化铈(CeO_(2))表面,制备了有机-无机复合型抗菌剂PHMG@CeO_(2),探究了PHMG对纳米CeO_(2)分散性和粒径大小及分布的影响,以及PHMG分子量对抗菌剂PHMG@CeO_(2)的抗菌性影响。FT-IR、XRD和TGA测试发现,PHMG成功接枝在纳米CeO_(2)表面;SEM、TEM分析发现,PHMG可以有效改善纳米CeO_(2)的分散效果;与CeO_(2)相比,PHMG@CeO_(2)抗菌效果更高。同时,随着PHMG分子量的增加,PHMG@CeO_(2)的抗菌性提升。该复合抗菌体系在聚合物材料中有很好的应用前景。Antimicrobial agents have important application in textiles,wood,and waterborne coatings.The blending and grafting of organic and inorganic materials are usually considered to be one of the most effective methods to form a sterilization antimicrobial system.However,the blend has low antibacterial effect and short effectiveness,while grafting chemical reaction can produce long-term antibacterial effect.In the paper,an organic-inorganic composite antimicrobial agent PHMG@CeO_(2)was prepared by grafting PHMG onto the surface of nano-CeO_(2)using γ-glycidyle thoxy propyl trime thoxy silane(KH560)as a coupling agent.The effects of PHMG on the dispersion,particle size and distribution of nano-CeO_(2),as well as the effects of PHMG molecular weights on antimicrobial properties of HMG@CeO_(2)were studied.FT-IR,XRD and TGA tests revealed that PHMG was successfully grafted on the surface of nano-CeO_(2).SEM and TEM tests showed that PHMG could improve the dispersion effect of nano-CeO_(2)in the aqueous system.Compared with CeO_(2),PHMG@CeO_(2)had higher antimicrobial effect.At the same time,the antimicrobial activity of PHMG@CeO_(2)improved with the increase of molecular weight of PHMG.The composite antimicrobial system has a certain application prospect in polymer materials.
