摘 要:采用溶剂热法合成银纳米线(AgNWs),通过控制反应温度、反应时间及离心转速,制得具有不同长径比的AgNWs。结果表明,当反应温度为160℃,反应时间为2h,离心转速为3000r/min时,可获得长径比高达1576的AgNWs。随后,将透过率为81.8%、方阻为15.3Ω/sq的AgNWs透明导电电极作为聚苯胺(PANI)薄膜的透明导电层,测试了PANI薄膜的电致变色和储能性能。归因于AgNWs层优异的透过率和导电性,PANI薄膜的电致变色光调制范围为42.6%;在0.2mA/cm^(2)电流密度下,薄膜的比电容为16.82mC/cm^(2),展示出优异的电致变色和储能性能。该研究可为高长径比AgNWs的合成及应用提供参考。Silver nanowires(AgNWs)were synthesized by solvothermal method,and AgNWs with different aspect ratios were produced by controlling the reaction temperature,reaction time and centrifugal speed.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 160℃,the reaction time was 2hours,and the centrifugal speed was 3000r/min,AgNWs with a high aspect ratio of up to 1576 could be obtained.Subsequently,the transparent conductive electrode of AgNWs with a transmittance of 81.8%and a square resistance of 15.3Ω·sq^(-1) was used as the transparent conductive layer of polyaniline(PANI)thin film,and the electrochromic and energy storage properties of the PANI thin film was tested.Attributed to the excellent transmittance and conductivity of the AgNWs layer,the electrochromic optical transmittance modulation of the PANI thin film was 42.6%.The specific capacitance of the thin film was 16.82mC·cm^(-2) at a current density of 0.2mA·cm^(-2),demonstrating excellent electrochromic and energy storage properties.This study can provide a reference for the synthesis and application of high aspect ratio AgNWs.
