摘 要:为提高硅橡胶泡沫(SRF)的阻燃抑烟性能,采用室温脱氢法制备以纳米氧化锌(ZnO)为阻燃剂的SRF材料,通过极限氧指数(LOI)、UL-94试验、锥形量热仪和烟密度仪测试,研究纳米ZnO对SRF体系阻燃抑烟性能的影响。结果表明:添加5%及以上纳米ZnO后,SRF的垂直燃烧等级均达到V-0级;添加5%纳米ZnO时SRF的LOI为29.1%,热释放速率峰值和总热释放量峰值分别降低18.6%和17.9%;添加25%纳米ZnO的SRF的产烟率峰值和产烟量分别降低53.72%和56.34%;添加10%纳米ZnO时SRF能够抑制CO_(2)与CO生成,最大烟密度和烟密度等级分别下降了31.1%和21.7%。研究结果可为提升SRF材料阻燃抑烟性能提供借鉴。In order to improve the flame retardant and smoke suppressant performance of silicone rubber foam(SRF),SRF materials with nano zinc oxide(ZnO)as flame retardant were prepared by room temperature dehydrogenation method,and the effects of nano-ZnO on the flame retardant and smoke suppressant properties of SRF system were studied by limiting oxygen index(LOI),UL-94 test,cone calorimeter and smoke density meter test.The results showed that the vertical combustion level of SRF reached V-0 level after adding 5wt%and above nano-ZnO.The LOI of SRF with 5%nano-ZnO was 29.1%,and the peak heat release rate and total heat release rate were reduced by 18.6%and 17.9%,respectively.For SRF with 25%nano-ZnO,the peak smoke production rate and smoke production of SRF were reduced by 53.72%and 56.34%,respectively.Additionally,when 10wt%nano-ZnO was added,the SRF was able to suppress the generation of CO_(2)and CO,and the maximum smoke density and smoke density class decreased by 31.1%and 21.7%,respectively.The research results can provide a reference for improving the flame retardant and smoke suppressant properties of SRF materials.
