摘 要:淡水资源日益短缺,解决淡水需求问题刻不容缓。大气中水多以水蒸气与水滴的形式存在,若通过吸附剂将大气中的水收集,可以缓解水资源短缺。近年来,MOF-303因具有较高的比表面积、高孔隙率优点成为热门吸附剂,但MOF-303存在吸水量低等问题,若选取低成本的吸湿性盐与MOF-303复合,可解决MOF-303吸湿体量问题。因此向MOF-303中引入无机盐氯化钙(CaCl_(2)),不仅增加了吸湿性能,同时有利于改善传统吸湿性盐易于泄漏的问题。通过水热法合成MOF-303,以MOF-303、氯化钙为原料制备出3种不同浓度的MOF-303/CaCl_(2)复合材料,研究MOF-303及MOF-303/CaCl_(2)复合材料的结构组成、外观形貌以及吸湿性能。结果表明:CaCl_(2)的引入对复合材料的比表面积影响较大,同时MOF-303/CaCl_(2)复合材料经过7h可吸附0.63g/g的水,相较于MOF-303吸湿性能有显著的提高。With the increasing shortage of fresh water resources,it is urgent to solve the problem of fresh water demand.Water in the atmosphere mostly exists in the form of water vapor and water droplets.If the water in the atmosphere is collected through the adsorbent,the water shortage can be alleviated.In recent years,MOF-303 has become a popular adsorbent due to its advantages of high specific surface area and high porosity,but MOF-303 has low water absorption.If low-cost hygroscopic salt is combined with MOF-303,the application limitation of MOF-303 can be solved.Therefore,the introduction of inorganic salt calcium chloride(CaCl_(2))into MOF-303 not only increases the hygroscopic performance,but also mitigates the issue of traditional hygroscopic salt prone to leakage.MOF-303 was synthesized by hydrothermal method,and three MOF-303/CaCl_(2)composites with different concentrations were prepared from MOF-303 and calcium chloride,and the structure,appearance,morphology and hygroscopic properties of MOF-303 and MOF-303/CaCl_(2)composite materials were studied.The results showed that the introduction of CaCl_(2)had a great impact on the specific surface area of the composite materials,and the MOF-303/CaCl_(2)composite could adsorb 0.63g/g of water after 7h,which was a significant improvement in the hygroscopic performance compared with pure MOF-303.
