锰硅合金除尘灰烧结球团再利用关键技术及应用

摘　　要：介绍了针对我国固体废弃物的综合利用政策、固废产生量以及固废处理行业的现状,通过对固废处理工艺不断进行研发与改进,目前已推出了烧结隧道窑焙烧机等多项具有自主知识产权的设备线,实现了固体废弃物的减量化、无害化、资源化综合处理。相比于传统的除尘灰类的固废处理方式,新型烧结隧道窑焙烧机能将原材料的利用率提高29.6%,产品收益提高43%,产品品位质量提高50%,球团产品经济效益提高约44%,锰硅球团产品经济效益每吨提高约700元;能够充分体现固废的资源价值,推动环境保护与经济发展的双赢。This article introduced the comprehensive utilization policies for solid waste,the amount of solid waste generated,and the current situation of the solid waste treatment industry in China.Through continuous research and improvement of solid waste treatment processes,multiple equipment lines with independent intellectual property rights such as sintering tunnel kiln roasting machines have been launched,achieving comprehensive treatment of solid waste reduction,harmlessness,and resource utilization.Compared to traditional solid waste treatment methods such as dust collecting,the new sintering tunnel kiln roasting machine can increase the utilization rate of raw materials by 29.6%,product revenue by 43%,product quality by 50%,economic benefits of pellet products by about 44%,and economic benefits of ferromanganese-silicon pellet products by about 700 yuan per ton.It can fully reflect the resource value of solid waste and promote a win-win situation between environmental protection and economic development.
