排水管道接头用改性环氧树脂胶粘剂制备及性能研究

摘　　要：为了提高隧道排水管道施工效率,改善排水管道接头的粘合性能,针对排水管道接头粘合用聚氨酯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂的制备与应用进行了研究。选用环氧树脂作为基础材料,为改善其粘接强度、耐冲击性等性能,引入具有优异弹性、耐磨性和耐水性的聚氨酯预聚体对其进行改性,制备出聚氨酯改性环氧树脂胶粘剂,涂覆在管道接头样品上,测试聚氨酯用量分别为0%、10%、20%、30%时,胶粘剂的粘接性能、耐冲击性能以及断裂微观形貌。试验结果显示,选取20%聚氨酯用量制备的胶粘剂,受载荷影响后相较于其他聚氨酯用量的试验样品,剥离强度、拉伸强度均保持较高水平,硬度更加适中;0%与10%聚氨酯用量胶粘剂较硬,且粘接强度较低;30%聚氨酯用量胶粘剂较软,应用效果较差。而且,20%聚氨酯用量胶粘剂经过长时间使用后仍然保持较高耐冲击性能,适合在管道接头长期使用。In order to improve the construction efficiency of tunnel drainage pipeline and improve the bonding performance of drainage pipeline joints,the preparation and application of polyurethane modified epoxy resin adhesive for the bonding of drainage pipeline joints were studied.Epoxy resin was selected as the basic material.In order to improve its bonding strength and impact resistance,polyurethane prepolymer with excellent elasticity,wear resistance and water resistance was introduced to modify it.Polyurethane modified epoxy resin adhesive was prepared and coated on the pipe joint sample.When the amount of polyurethane was 0%,10%,20%and 30%respectively,the bonding performance,impact resistance and fracture morphology of the adhesive were tested.The test results showed that the adhesive prepared with 20%polyurethane dosage was affected by the load.Compared with other polyurethane dosage test samples,the peel strength and tensile strength remained at a high level,and the hardness was more moderate.The adhesive with 0%and 10%polyurethane content was hard and the bonding strength was low.The adhesive with 30%polyurethane content is soft and the application effect is poor.Moreover,the 20%polyurethane adhesive still maintains high impact resistance after long-term use,which is suitable for long-term use in pipeline joints.
