摘  要:为提高地铁工程建设质量,增强地铁施工中超高性能混凝土(UHPC)防护层的可靠性,研究了潮湿环境下UHPC防护层粘结剂的耐久性能。通过制备不同质量配比的水性环氧封闭剂,将其用作UHPC防护层,并结合低模量聚氨酯密封胶,制成了潮湿和干燥条件下的UHPC混凝土粘接试件。拉伸、耐低温和耐老化性能测试结果显示采用A组分∶B组分∶去离子水=10∶15∶15配比的封闭剂与密封胶相结合的UHPC防护层表现优异,能在潮湿条件下保持高强度和抗冲击性,且具有良好的耐久性能。In order to improve the construction quality of subway engineering and enhance the reliability of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)protective layer in subway construction,the durability of UHPC protective layer binder in wet environment was studied.Waterborne epoxy sealants with different mass ratios were prepared and used as UHPC protective layer.Combined with low modulus polyurethane sealant,UHPC concrete bonding specimens under wet and dry conditions were made.The test results of tensile,low temperature resistance and aging resistance show that the UHPC protective layer combining the sealant with the sealer with a ratio of 10∶15∶15 for component A∶component B∶deionized water has excellent performance,which can maintain high strength and impact resistance under humid conditions,and has good durability.
