市政给排水管道渗漏粘接修复材料的性能表征及应用

摘　　要：为提高市政给排水管道的渗漏修复效果,本文利用天然橡胶(NR)、聚乙烯(PE)、二氯甲烷、异氰酸酯、甲苯-二正丁胺等原材料制备了一种聚氨酯基湿敏感性复合材料,并对其理化特性和应用性能进行了研究。试验结果表明:7∶3配比的NR/PE共混弹性体的弹性和强度平衡较好,将厚度为0.08 mm的胶粘剂涂敷在厚度为0.4 mm的薄膜基材上,构建出的湿敏感性复合材料的拉伸性能及粘性性能最佳。湿敏感性复合材料的抗拉强度为18.57 MPa,扯断伸长率可达492.3%,拉伸复原率高达90%,远优于当前市场上的J20和P52止水材料;在自来水中浸泡15 d后,吸水率为1.3%、质量损失率为0.48%;经40℃水浸泡24 h后,粘合能力也较强;此外,该复合材料对自来水浊度和pH值的影响也较小。该材料的修复应用性能表征显示:当带水水压小于0.10 MPa时,修复缠绕5层可达到良好的止水效果,有望用于城市给排水管道的渗漏修复。In order to improve the leakage repair effect of municipal water supply and drainage pipelines,a polyure-thane-based humidity-sensitive composite material was prepared by using natural rubber(NR),polyethylene(PE),dichloromethane,isocyanate,toluene-di-n-butylamine and other raw materials,and its physical and chemical prop-erties and application properties were studied.The test results show that the NR/PE blend elastomer with a ratio of 7:3 has a good balance between elasticity and strength.The adhesive with a thickness of 0.08 mm is coated on a film substrate with a thickness of 0.4 mm,and the constructed moisture-sensitive composite material has the best tensile and viscous properties.The tensile strength of the humidity-sensitive composite is 18.57 MPa,the elongation at break can reach 492.3%,and the tensile recovery rate is as high as 90%,which is much better than the J20and P52 water-stop materials on the current market.After soaking in tap water for 15 days,the water absorption rate was 1.3%and the mass loss rate was 0.48%.After soaking in water at 40℃for 24 hours,the adhesion ability was also strong.In addition,the composite material has little effect on the turbidity and pH value of tap water.The perfor-mancecharacterization of the repairapplication of the material shows that when the water pressure is less than 0.10 MPa,the repair winding 5 layers can achieve good water sealing effect,which is expected to be used for the leakage repair of urban water supply and drainage pipelines.
