摘 要:胶粘剂的原材料和成品的仓储与物流等环节均可能存在一定风险,需要进行严格监控。本文以S胶粘剂生产企业为例,对胶粘剂生产企业物流环节监控系统的设计需求进行总结,以大数据、Hadoop等技术为基础构建了一种针对胶粘剂生产企业物流的智能监控系统。功能测试和性能测试结果表明:在适当的经济和技术投入下,该系统可以满足一般胶粘剂生产企业的物流监控需求,具有较为理想的系统执行能力,能够很好地对胶粘剂原材料和成品的物流进行监控。There may be certain risks in the storage and logistics of raw materials and finished products of adhesives,which need to be strictly monitored.Taking S adhesive production enterprise as an example,this paper summarizes the design requirements of the monitoring system for the logistics links of adhesive production enterprises,and constructs an intelligent monitoring system for the logistics of adhesive production enterprises based on big data,Hadoop and other technologies.The results of functional test and performance test show that the system can meet the logistics monitoring needs of general adhesive production enterprises with appropriate economic and technical input,and has ideal system execution ability,which can well monitor the logistics of adhesive raw materials and finished products.
