不同环境温度叠加老化对粘接接头拉伸剪切强度影响

摘  要:以常用Sikaflex®-268胶粘剂粘接接头为研究对象,研究其在轨道交通车辆长期服役中,在不同环境温度以及湿热和冷循环老化、盐雾老化、紫外老化等不同老化条件叠加下拉伸剪切强度的变化规律。结果表明,环境温度对Sikaflex®-268胶粘剂粘接试件的拉伸剪切强度影响显著,随着温度升高,粘接试件的拉伸剪切强度明显呈减小趋势。在湿热和冷循环老化、盐雾老化、紫外老化等不同老化条件叠加下,Sikaflex®-268胶粘剂与铝合金(环氧底漆)之间均具有有良好的粘附性能。低温和盐雾老化对底漆附着力影响较大,从而影响粘接接头剪切强度。Taking the commonly used Sikaflex®-268 adhesive bonding joint as the research object,the variation of tensile shear strength under different ambient temperatures and different aging conditions such as hot and humid and cold cycle aging,salt spray aging and ultraviolet aging was studied in the long-term service of rail transit vehicles.The results show that the ambient temperature has a significant effect on the tensile shear strength of the Sikaflex®-268 adhesive bonded specimens.As the temperature increases,the tensile shear strength of the bonded specimens decreases significantly.Under the superposition of different aging conditions such as hot and humid and cold cycle aging,salt spray aging,and ultraviolet aging,the Sikaflex®-268 adhesive has good adhesion properties with aluminum alloy(epoxy primer).Low temperature and salt spray aging have a great influence on the adhesion of the primer,thus affecting the shear strength of the bonded joint.
