头颈部放疗固定用热塑膜特性分析及临床应用中的共情护理

摘　　要：为提高放疗用的固定热塑性膜性能,以PETG为基材,通过二氧化硅对其进行改性,并探讨改性后的性能。结果表明,经过表面活化处理后的纳米二氧化硅,得到的热塑性膜的性能,无论在拉伸强度,还是在抗冲击强度,以及在断裂伸长率和复数黏度方面,都表现出良好性能。临床应用说明,以本材料为基础的放疗固定膜,结合共情护理体验,表现出良好的误差精度。对头颈部肿瘤放疗患者实施共情护理能够让患者更愿意配合治疗,同时改善其生活质量,心态变得更积极,获得了大多数患者的好评。In order to improve the performance of fixed thermoplastic film for radiotherapy,PETG was modified by silica,and the properties of the modified film were discussed.The results show that the performance of the thermoplastic film obtained by the nano-silica after surface activation treatment shows good performance in terms of tensile strength,impact strength,elongation at break and complex viscosity.The clinical application shows that the radiotherapy fixed film based on this material,combined with the empathy nursing experience,shows good error accuracy.Empathy nursing for patients with head and neck cancer radiotherapy can make patients more willing to cooperate with the treatment,improve their quality of life,and become more positive,which has been praised by most patients.
