摘 要:由于确定监控点的方式过于简单,以往的桥梁加固监控技术的监控效果较差。因此,设计了环氧树脂胶粘剂加固桥梁全过程BIM监控技术。根据桥梁加固工程的实际情况和基本参数,利用BIM软件构建桥梁加固过程的BIM模型,并计算环氧树脂胶粘剂的相关参数。通过计算桥梁加固结构在不同方向上的位移变化,初步确定监控点的位置。通过计算辐射面积和结构应力,明确桥梁加固过程监控点的确定位置,并据此设计对应的桥梁加固过程的监控方案,实现桥梁加固全过程BIM监控。将某桥梁加固工程作为试验对象,测试本文设计的环氧树脂胶粘剂加固桥梁全过程BIM监控技术的实际应用效果,结果显示:和以往监控技术相比,该技术在实际应用中数据更新频率更快,监控效果更好。Because the way to determine the monitoring point is too simple,the monitoring effect of the previous bridge reinforcement monitoring technology is poor.Therefore,BIM monitoring technology for the whole process of bridge reinforcement with epoxy resin adhesive is designed.According to the actual situation and basic parameters of the bridge reinforcement project,the BIM model of the bridge reinforcement process is constructed by using BIM software,and the relevant parameters of the epoxy resin adhesive are calculated.By calculating the displacement changes of the bridge reinforcement structure in different directions,the position of the monitoring point is preliminarily determined.By calculating the radiation area and structural stress,the location of the monitoring point in the bridge reinforcement process is determined,and the corresponding monitoring scheme of the bridge reinforcement process is designed accordingly to realize the BIM monitoring of the whole process of bridge reinforcement.Taking a bridge reinforcement project as the test object,the practical application effect of BIM monitoring technology in the whole process of bridge reinforcement with epoxy resin adhesive designed in this paper is tested.The results show that compared with the previous monitoring technology,this technology has faster data update frequency and better monitoring effect in practical application.
