摘　　要：接装胶在卷烟生产过程中起着重要的作用,但是接装胶在上机过程中容易产生挂胶,并且产生卷接质量问题,需要频繁停机进行清洁,影响设备生产运行效率,为解决接装胶的上机过程中容易产生胶垢,需要频繁停机的问题,试验考察了接装胶影响上机产生挂胶的技术指标,这些指标包括粘度和玻璃化温度,结果表明:接装胶的粘度对改善挂胶没有明显的作用,而玻璃化温度对改善挂胶有明显的效果。The tipping adhesive plays an important role in the process of cigarette production,but the tipping adhesive is easy to produce glue in the process of machine,and the quality problem of cigarette joint is produced.It needs frequent shutdown for cleaning,which affects the production and operation efficiency of the equipment.In order to solve the problem that the tipping adhesive is easy to produce glue scale and needs frequent shutdown in the process of machine,the technical indexes of the tipping adhesive affecting the glue on the machine are investigated.These indexes include viscosity and glass transition temperature.The results show that the viscosity of the tipping adhesive has no obvious effect on improving the glue,while the glass transition temperature has obvious effect on improving the glue.
