摘  要:采用硫磺和偶氮二甲酰胺发泡剂协同对杜仲胶进行改性,得到一种耐冲击性能良好的新型弹性材料。试验首先对弹性材料的配比进行优化,然后以优化后材料为基础制备了耐冲击性良好的复合材料,并与市售足球护腿进行对比,验证了该材料的耐冲击性能。结果表明,发泡杜仲橡胶的最佳配比为,硫磺用量2%,偶氮二甲酰胺发泡剂用量24%,此条件制备的发泡杜仲橡胶密度为0.371g/cm^(3),硬度为79 HA,拉伸强度为6.9 MPa,断裂伸长率为246%,传递的最大冲击力为132.5 N,冲击力传递时间为13.8 mS。以该材料制备的复合材料单位厚度削减的外界冲击力为13.4%,耐冲击性能明显高于市售足球护腿,具备作为防护材料应用的潜力。A new type of elastic material with good impact resistance was obtained by co modifying Eucommia ulmoides gum with sulfur and azodicarbonamide foaming agent.The experiment first optimized the ratio of elastic materials,and then prepared composite materials with good impact resistance based on the optimized materials,and compared them with commercially available football leg protectors to verify the impact resistance performance of the material.The experimental results show that the optimal ratio of foamed Eucommia ulmoides rubber is 2%sulfur and 24%azodicarbonamide foaming agent.The density of foamed Eucommia ulmoides rubber prepared under these conditions is 0.371 g/cm^(3),the hardness is 79 HA,the tensile strength is 6.9 MPa,the elongation at break is 246%,the maximum transmitted impact force is 132.5 N,and the impact force transmission time is 13.8ms.The composite material prepared with this material has a reduced external impact force of 13.4%per unit thickness,and its impact resistance is significantly higher than that of commercially available football leg protectors.It has the potential to be used as a protective material.
