摘　　要：老旧桥梁混凝土结构受环境条件影响,导致其表面裂缝状况复杂,不易与修补材料形成良好的粘合结构,从而影响桥梁结构修复的完整性和承载能力。为避免裂缝进一步扩大,改性制备了一种环氧树脂胶粘剂,经应用测试老旧桥梁混凝土结构裂缝修补加固粘接强度。采用2%、3%、4%、5%这4种含量的改性石墨烯优化环氧树脂胶粘剂性能,制得4种改性环氧树脂胶粘剂。经试验可知:4种胶粘剂中,3%改性环氧树脂胶粘剂具有较高的混凝土结构裂缝修复率,可以实现良好的裂缝修补加固;应用该胶粘剂制成的混凝土试件可以在28 d的养护龄期下达到最高的粘接强度、剥离强度与抗压强度,且在高温环境下,3%改性环氧树脂胶粘剂的粘接强度损伤度、模量损伤度均保持较小状态。为此,添加3%改性石墨烯的环氧树脂胶粘剂不仅具有良好的粘接能力,还具备一定的耐高温效果。The concrete structure of old bridges is affected by environmental conditions,which leads to complex surface cracks and is not easy to form a good bonding structure with repair materials,thus affecting the integrity and bearing capacity of bridge structure repair.In order to avoid further expansion of cracks,an epoxy resin adhesive was modified and prepared.The bonding strength of crack repair and reinforcement of old bridge concrete structure was tested by application.Four kinds of modified epoxy resin adhesives were prepared by optimizing the properties of epoxy resin adhesives with 2%,3%,4%and 5%modified graphene.The test shows that among the four adhesives,3%modified epoxy resin adhesive has a higher crack repair rate of concrete structure and can achieve good crack repair and reinforcement;the concrete specimens made of the adhesive can reach the highest bonding strength,peel strength and compressive strength at the curing age of 28 days,and the bonding strength damage degree and modulus damage degree of 3%modified epoxy resin adhesive remain small under high temperature environment.Therefore,the epoxy resin adhesive with 3%modified graphene not only has good bonding ability,but also has certain high temperature resistance effect.
