摘 要:在电力系统运行过程中,受电缆通道环境及高负荷影响,极易引起电缆绝缘材料绝缘性能降低,引起重大安全事故。为此,科学评定电缆绝缘材料的耐电晕寿命,并积极采取科学有效的防范措施,为后续制定电缆通道安全防护策略提供帮助。为探究电力电缆绝缘材料耐电晕寿命评定影响因素,本文通过分析电极系统、脉冲电压幅值和上升时间和不同老化温度下电缆绝缘材料击穿场强变化规律,探讨了各因素对电缆绝缘材料耐电晕寿命评定的影响,发现脉冲上升时间增加时,电缆绝缘材料耐电晕寿命增长,脉冲电压幅值增加时,电缆绝缘材料耐电晕寿命呈现指数型降低趋势;而随着老化时间的延长,电缆绝缘材料击穿场强逐渐减小,同样对缘材料耐电晕寿命评定结果产生重要影响。During the operation of the power system,the cable channel environment and high load can easily cause a decrease in the insulation performance of cable insulation materials,leading to major safety accidents.To this end,scientifically evaluate the corona resistance life of cable insulation materials and actively take scientific and effective preventive measures to provide assistance for the subsequent development of cable channel safety protection strategies.In order to explore the influencing factors of the assessment of the corona resistance life of power cable insulation materials,this paper analyzes the changes in the breakdown field strength of cable insulation materials under different aging temperatures by analyzing the electrode system,pulse voltage amplitude and rise time,and the impact of various factors on the assessment of the corona resistance life of cable insulation materials.It is found that as the pulse rise time increases,the corona resistance life of cable insulation materials increases,and as the pulse voltage amplitude increases,the corona resistance life of cable insulation materials shows an exponential decrease trend;As the aging time prolongs,the breakdown field strength of the cable insulation material gradually decreases,which also has an important impact on the evaluation results of the corona resistance life of the edge material.
