摘  要:为提高骨折所用固定材料的性能,本文在山梨ɑ型成核剂WNA-108改性PPH的基础上,通过添加mPP进一步改性αPPH,得到茂金属聚丙烯/α均聚丙烯复合材料(mPP/αPPH复合材料),通过性能测试,得到mPP改性αPPH最佳制备参数,并将mPP/αPPH复合材料应用于临床,分析其临床应用效果。结果表明:mPP添加量为总含量的16%时所制备的16%mPP/αPPH复合材料的抗拉强度和断裂伸长率均达到最大值;随着mPP的加入,mPP/αPPH复合材料的弯曲强度和弯曲模量会进一步提升;mPP/αPPH复合材料的洛氏硬度也会增大;16%mPP/αPPH复合材料所制备的可拆卸夹板拥有比传统石膏绷带更好的治疗效果和更高的舒适度。In order to improve the performance of fixation materials used for fractures,this study modified PPH with Yamanashi alpha nucleating agent WNA-108 and further modified it with mPP to obtain metallocene polypropylene/alpha polypropylene composite material(mPP/αPPH composite material).Through performance tests,the optimal preparation parameters for mPP modifiedαPPH were obtained,and the mPP/αPPH composite material was applied in clinical practice to analyze its clinical application effect.The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation at break of the 16%mPP/αPPH composite material prepared with an mPP addition of 16%of the total content reached their maximum values;With the addition of mPP,the bending strength and bending modulus of mPP/αPPH composite materials will be further improved;the Rockwell hardness of mPP/αPPH composite material will also increase;The detachable splint prepared from 16%mPP/αPPH composite material has better therapeutic effect and higher comfort than traditional plaster bandages.
