摘  要:为研究固体火箭发动机喷管用酚醛树脂及其复合材料特性,本文制备了高硅氧/钡酚醛和碳纤维/氨酚醛复合材料。结果显示,2种树脂基体的固体含量和凝胶时间相近,但25℃下氨酚醛树脂黏度是钡酚醛树脂的2.8倍,且游离酚含量低6.15%。相比高硅氧/钡酚醛预浸布,碳纤维/氨酚醛预混料的含胶量和挥发份较低。相比高硅氧/钡酚醛复合材料,碳纤维/氨酚醛复合材料密度低10%,弯曲强度低29%,但层间剪切强度是其11倍,压缩强度高达3.6倍,在热性能方面,碳纤维/氨酚醛复合材料的氧乙炔烧蚀率低92%,且平均线膨胀系数、比热容、热扩散系数和热导率均高于高硅氧/钡酚醛复合村料,展现出轻质、高强、热性能优异的特点。In order to study the characteristics of phenolic resin and its composites for solid rocket motor nozzle,high silica/barium phenolic resin and carbon fiber/amino phenolic resin composites were prepared in this paper.The results showed that the solid content and gel time of the two resin matrices were similar,but the viscosity of the amino phenolic resin at 25℃was 2.8 times that of the barium phenolic resin,and the free phenol content was 6.15%lower.Compared with high silica/barium phenolic prepreg,carbon fiber/amino phenolic prepreg has lower rubber content and volatile content.Compared with high silica/barium phenolic composites,the density of carbon fiber/aminophenolic composites is 10%lower,the flexural strength is 29%lower,but the interlaminar shear strength is 11 times higher,and the compressive strength is 3.6 times higher.In terms of thermal properties,the oxyacetylene ablation rate of carbon fiber/aminophenolic composites is 92%lower,and the average linear expansion coefficient,specific heat capacity,thermal diffusion coefficient and thermal conductivity are higher than those of high silica/barium phenolic composites,showing the characteristics of light weight,high strength and excellent thermal properties.
