骨科临床用天然胶乳发泡海绵特性分析及患者体位摆放应用

摘　　要：为提升骨科临床所用的胶乳发泡海绵材料的性能,本文选用天然胶乳(NRL)和反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯橡胶(TPI)制备了一种性能更为优异的TPI/NRL复合胶乳发泡海绵材料,并对该材料进行了性能测试,同时结合骨科术后患者的体位摆放,探究所制备的海绵材料的应用可行性。结果表明,随着TPI添加量的增加,TPI/NRL胶乳的黏度也会随之增大;TPI/NRL发泡海绵材料的发泡倍数随着TPI添加量的增加而减小,表观密度则相反;TPI的加入会显著增大NRL发泡海绵材料的抗拉强度、压缩刚度、压缩模量和压陷硬度,并减小断裂伸长率和回弹性;选用适宜TPI含量的TPI/NRL发泡海绵材料承托性较好,在使用过程中不会产生大幅度的凹陷而影响对人体的反作用力,在临床使用时的舒适程度显著优于传统体位垫材料。In order to improve the performance of latex foam sponge materials used in orthopedic clinical practice,this paper prepared a TPI/NRL composite latex foam sponge material with better performance by using natural latex(NRL)and trans-1,4-polyisoprene rubber(TPI).Performance tests were conducted on the prepared sponge material,and the feasibility of its application was explored based on the position of postoperative orthopedic patients.The results showed that as the amount of TPI added increased,the viscosity of TPI/NRL latex also increased;The foaming ratio of TPI/NRL foam sponge material decreases with the increase of TPI addition,while the apparent density is the opposite;The addition of TPI will significantly increase the tensile strength,compressive stiffness,compressive modulus,and indentation hardness of NRL foam sponge material,and reduce its elongation at break,and its resilience will also deteriorate;The TPI/NRL foam sponge material with suitable TPI content has good support performance and will not produce significant indentations during use,which will affect the reaction force on the human body.The comfort level during clinical use is significantly better than traditional position cushion materials.
