摘 要:研究以泡沫沥青作为粘合剂对不同铣刨料掺量下的冷再生材料进行试验研究,以膨胀率和半衰期2个指标确定了泡沫沥青发泡的制备工艺,对不同铣刨料掺量下冷再生路面材料的水稳定性、无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度进行性能测试,研究表明,铣刨料的掺入可以在一定程度上提升材料的水稳定性和劈裂强度,但掺量大于60%时,水稳定性和劈裂强度逐渐下降,而铣刨料的掺入会直接降低材料的无侧限抗压强度,综合试验结果分析建议泡沫沥青冷再生路面材料的铣刨料掺量为40%~60%。In this paper,foamed asphalt was used as binder to study the cold recycled materials with different milling materials.The preparation process of foamed asphalt foaming was determined by two indexes of expansion rate and half-life.The water stability,unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of cold recycled pavement materials with different milling materials were tested.The results show that the incorporation of milling materials can improve the water stability and splitting strength of the materials to a certain extent.However,when the content is more than 60%,the water stability and splitting strength gradually decrease,and the incorporation of milling materials will directly reduce the unconfined compressive strength of the materials.Based on the analysis of the comprehensive test results,it is recommended that the milling material content of the foamed asphalt cold recycled pavement material is 40%~60%.
