水热法检测传感器技术的油库监控系统气敏响应分析

摘  要:本研究为提高油库监控系统对甲烷气体检测的精度与速度,以氯化亚锡、氯化钯、二甲基酰胺等为原材料,采用水热法制备了不同钯离子掺杂量的油气检测甲烷传感器。试验结果表明,掺杂钯离子有利于提高油气检测甲烷传感器的灵敏性、气敏响应、最低的检测极限与响应恢复特性,且当钯离子掺杂量2 at%时,油气检测甲烷传感器的各项检测性能最高,在检测温度为400℃,甲烷浓度为80μL/L条件下,传感器的灵敏度最高为14.55%,最低检测极限为5μL/L,响应时间为1s,并可有效区分甲烷、乙炔和一氧化氮气体,且可用于实际油库监控系统中甲烷浓度检测,具有一定的实际应用价值。In order to improve the accuracy and speed of methane gas detection in the oil depot monitoring system,methane sensors with different palladium ion doping levels were prepared by hydrothermal method using stannous chloride,palladium chloride,dimethylamide and other raw materials.The experimental results show that doping palladium ions is beneficial for improving the sensitivity,gas sensitivity,lowest detection limit,and response recovery characteristics of oil and gas detection methane sensors.Moreover,when the palladium ion doping amount is 2 at%,the detection performance of oil and gas detection methane sensors is the highest,with a detection temperature of 400℃and a methane concentration of 80%μL/L conditions,the highest sensitivity of the sensor is 14.55%,and the lowest detection limit is 5μL/L,response time of 1 s,and can effectively distinguish methane,acetylene,and nitric oxide gases,and can be used for methane concentration detection in actual oil depot monitoring systems,with certain practical application value.
