大跨度钢桁架结构施工模拟技术研究——以柳州市鹿寨体育馆工程为例

摘  要:为确保钢桁架结构在安装过程中的稳定性,同时实现结构从施工状态到设计状态的平稳过渡,在拆除支撑架后,由于钢桁架结构会发生较大的内力重分布现象,因此,结合柳州市鹿寨体育馆工程项目实际情况,以保证临时支撑的稳定性及钢桁架结构的正常使用。本研究采用有限元软件Midas Gen对临时支撑卸载过程进行施工模拟,分析卸载过程中的应力及位移情况,并据此编制大型钢桁架结构临时支撑卸载施工方案,以指导现场施工。与此同时,在结构应力及位移较大的部位,运用先进的测量技术进行监测,并将监测数据与有限元模拟数据展开对比分析。结果显示:在卸载过程中,钢桁架结构应力及位移的监测值均小于模拟值,符合设计及规范要求,临时支撑十分稳定,钢桁架结构达到了预期设计效果。本研究成果能够为大跨度悬挑钢桁架结构临时支撑卸载方案的制定提供借鉴与参考。In order to ensure the stability of the steel truss structure during the installation process,and to achieve a smooth transition from the construction state to the design state,after the removal of the support frame,the steel truss structure will have a large internal force redistribution phenomenon.Therefore,combined with the actual situa⁃tion of the Luzhai Gymnasium project in Liuzhou City,in order to ensure the stability of the temporary support and the normal use of the steel truss structure.In this study,the finite element software Midas Gen was used to simulate the unloading process of temporary support,and the stress and displacement in the unloading process were ana⁃lyzed.Based on this,the construction scheme of temporary support unloading of large steel truss structure was com⁃piled to guide the on-site construction.At the same time,in the parts with large structural stress and displacement,advanced measurement technology is used for monitoring,and the monitoring data are compared with the finite ele⁃ment simulation data.The results show that during the unloading process,the monitoring values of the stress and displacement of the steel truss structure are less than the simulated values,which meet the design and specification requirements.The temporary support is completely stable,and the steel truss structure has achieved the expected design effect.The research results can provide reference for the formulation of temporary support unloading scheme of long-span cantilever steel truss structures.
